Position Overview

We are seeking a highly technical, consultative Solution Engineer to accelerate our international expansion across the LATAM region. Operating as a core technical authority within the Sales division, you will serve as a high-value trusted advisor to CISOs, Heads of Fraud Management, and enterprise Security Leaders at major banking institutions. Moving beyond high-level feature overviews, you will break down complex fraud attack chains, lead detailed technical discovery calls, deliver compelling product architecture demonstrations, and own the end-to-end execution of Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs). This role demands an individual who can seamlessly articulate how cyber-first models mitigate financial risk while integrating smoothly with existing enterprise defense layers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic C-Suite Consultation: Partner directly with banking CISOs and security executives to address critical perimeter vulnerabilities, external malware propagation, and real-time fraud vectors.
  • Technical Integration Architecture: Architect and deliver complex Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) showcasing how Cleafy integrates natively with enterprise security stacks, including SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, and TXM systems.
  • Cross-Department Fraud Alignment: Collaborate closely with institutional fraud risk management teams under the CISO umbrella, ensuring our cybersecurity-first methodology protects banking assets.
  • RFI & RFP Document Engineering: Lead the compilation of structured, authoritative responses to enterprise Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), driving buyer confidence.
  • Product Telemetry Feedback: Ingest direct market indicators, customer friction points, and feature feedback to support internal Product Management and Marketing squads with regional value tuning.
  • Industry Brand Evangelism: Represent Cleafy as a technical subject matter expert at prominent cybersecurity conferences, roundtables, and executive panels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of verified professional history running Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical consulting tracks for enterprise security vendors.
  • Deep, production-grade technical understanding of modern cyber threat vectors, malware variations, advanced fraud attack chains, and secure network architectures.
  • Hands-on operational familiarity with mid-to-large scale security infrastructure components (including **SIEM, SOAR, WAF, IAM, or application delivery controllers**).
  • Demonstrated capability to translate dense cyber security data points into obvious financial risk-reduction value for senior stakeholders.
  • Outstanding public speaking presence paired with clear, concise, and structured written communication mechanics.
  • Language Fluency: Native-level or full professional fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time operational framework restricted exclusively to qualified sales engineering professionals permanently residing inside Colombia or Brazil.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Bilingual verbal and written fluency in Portuguese is an exceptional strategic advantage for regional account management.
  • A specialized technical academic background, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Engineering, or related quantitative sciences.
