Software Engineer Guest & Host (Listing)

About the Role: The Listing Backend Onboarding and Management team's mission is to enable Host journey success by implementing the backend functionality to power the main user experience for Hosts to create and manage our Stays, Experiences and Services. The team works closely with the Client Engineering, Product Management, and Design teams to define the requirements and bring them to life. This team also works closely with the functional teams (Partner API, User, Cohosting, Pricing, etc.) as they share dependencies related to the Listing domain.

• Collaboration with the Client Engineering, Product Management, and Design teams to align on product requirements.
• Driving the scoping, technical requirements, design, implementation, and operation of new functionality.
• Building high-quality, re-usable backend components.
• Supporting other engineers in the team or in related teams.

Your Expertise

• 3+ years industry experience.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in building high-quality, consumer-facing products.
• Ability to evaluate technical approaches and design product solutions to solve real-world problems.
• Ability to drive alignment, manage projects and effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
