Job Description
About the Role: 20four7VA is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a social media cleanup and rebranding project. The primary objective is to audit, edit, and update existing social media content to remove previous company branding while preserving engagement history and advertising data.
What You'll Do
- Review and audit existing posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Edit captions and modify/crop images to remove logos or old branded elements.
- Navigate and manage Meta Business Suite, updating LinkedIn personal and business profiles.
- Follow instructions carefully to preserve Meta pixel tracking and advertising data integrity.
- Assist with future marketing support including content scheduling, community management, and paid advertising.
What You Bring
- Entry to Junior-level experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and basic image editing tools like Canva.
- Strong attention to detail, good written English communication skills, and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Willingness to learn basic marketing concepts and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Bonus: Experience with Meta Business Suite, Spanish language skills, and background in real estate or mortgage-related businesses.
