Social Media Associate

Fivestaff connects high-performing Pakistani talent with international businesses. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take ownership of a client's social presence from end to end. You will work with fast-growing brands, creating impactful content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design branded graphics using Canva and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) based on provided footage.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop content strategies aligned with business goals and manage content calendars.
• Community Management: Monitor and respond to DMs and comments using the correct brand voice.
• Analytics: Track KPIs and recommend improvements based on performance data.
• Collaboration: Participate in weekly check-ins and work closely with client-side teams.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or business.
• Portfolio: Must have a strong portfolio showcasing visual content and short-form video work.
• Tools: Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools like CapCut, VN, or Adobe Rush.
• Tech Setup: Stable internet (25+ Mbps), a trouble-free laptop, and a focused workspace.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
