Social media and Communication Specialist, France

About the Role: Change.org is the world's largest platform for democracy. We are searching for a Social Media and Communication Specialist to amplify French campaigns through content production (focusing on UGC-style video) and influencer outreach, as well as through traditional media and political contacts.

What You'll Do

• Drive Change.org France's social media impact across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, owning key performance indicators like reach and engagement.
• Build and activate a network of French influencers, journalists, and new media outlets to organically promote campaigns.
• Continuously monitor national trends and the news cycle to elevate relevant petitions.
• Promote petitions across the political spectrum in an objective, journalistic style.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in social media with a track record of producing viral content and landing influencer collaborations.
• Expertise in creating engaging UGC-style video content and comfort appearing on-camera.
• Native-level French (C1) and professional English proficiency (B2) with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in everyday work.
• Bonus: Experience at a digital-first media outlet or on a digital political campaign; political & institutional outreach experience.
