About the Role: UiPath is a global leader in AI-powered automation, and we are seeking an Inside Sales Executive (ISE) to drive our customer acquisition strategy in Thailand. You will be at the forefront of converting leads into loyal customers, leveraging exceptional communication skills to provide tailored automation solutions that unleash the transformative power of agentic AI.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outbound/inbound contact to closing deals.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations that articulate the benefits of UiPath's automation solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to satisfy customer requirements and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to develop strategies and exceed collective revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot).

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of total experience, with at least 2-3 years as an Account Executive in SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and successfully closing deals.
  • Language Skills: Fluent Thai speaker with strong English communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and modern sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience with international clients or certifications like CISP.
