Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Apex and Object-Oriented Programming to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong background in designing and implementing scalable backend solutions. Prior experience in Salesforce CPQ is preferred.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be primarily responsible for developing the backend core logic for a custom CPQ solution using Apex. You will work closely with architects, business analysts, and front-end developers to ensure seamless integration and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement backend logic for a custom CPQ solution using Apex.
• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain complex triggers, batch jobs, future methods, and queueable Apex classes.
• Optimize SOQL and SOSL queries for performance and scalability.
• Work on Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, external services, and middleware.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Administrators to design technical solutions that align with business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and data inconsistencies.
• Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to ensure optimal solution design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Apex programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and security model.
• Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and database optimization.
• Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and front-end development (preferred but not required).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and version control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and declarative tools.
• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II (PD2) or CPQ Specialist are a plus.
