Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SEO Strategist to join our Central Traffic Team, supporting our massive Real Estate ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Central Traffic, you will own and execute our ecosystem-wide organic growth roadmap. This position focuses heavily on maximizing traditional search engine rankings while proactively optimizing our platforms for emerging LLM-driven generative search experiences (GEO).
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy Ownership: Design and run the macro organic strategy across the Real Estate vertical, expanding performance across targeted keyword rankings, traffic conversions, and AI engine footprints.
- Technical Optimization: Deliver comprehensive technical SEO audits, site architecture overhauls, metadata frameworks, and actionable execution briefs for technical stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the primary organic domain consultant partnering alongside Brand Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and external agency vendors.
- Algorithm Tracking & Innovation: Actively analyze core search algorithm updates and leverage AI-driven data to pivot web assets for next-generation interactive query platforms.
- Ecosystem Auditing: Continuously monitor domain health, analyze competitive market share changes, and build detailed performance transparency dashboards for traffic leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on, verifiable experience owning SEO strategies end-to-end within high-scale enterprise or multi-brand setups.
- Deep technical mastery using standard industry tracking toolsets including Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with bleeding-edge LLM visibility trackers and AI sentiment analytics software (such as Evertune).
- Strong quantitative background with the capacity to isolate raw click data and transform it into clear, prioritized optimization plans.
- Excellent collaborative communications mechanics to champion search workflows across engineering squads and product heads.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (equivalent practical experience considered).
