SEO Specialist (Enterprise SaaS)

QuillBot, an AI-powered writing platform founded in 2017 helping over 56 million people worldwide, is looking for an SEO Specialist. You will be responsible for executing high-impact SEO initiatives, focusing on securing top rankings for high-volume, commercially valuable keywords to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: Conduct comprehensive audits (site speed, schema, crawlability) and prioritize fixes for Core Web Vitals and JavaScript rendering (CSR/SSR).
• Keyword Strategy: Oversee the tactical implementation of keyword strategy, ensuring assets are optimized for user intent and semantic relevance.
• Conversion Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the UX team to design SEO-driven A/B tests to improve conversion rates from organic traffic.
• Off-Page SEO: Execute link-building campaigns to acquire high-authority backlinks.
• Analytics: Continuous monitoring using GA4, GSC, and advanced platforms like SEMrush/Ahrefs to identify gaps and opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on SEO experience with a track record of driving sustainable organic growth.
• Scale: Must have experience managing enterprise-level websites (e.g., 500k+ monthly organic visits or large-scale SaaS/e-commerce).
• Proven Rankings: Must provide examples of securing Top 3 rankings for high-competition keywords.
• Technical Depth: Strong knowledge of Schema.org, Hreflang, Canonicalization, and debugging rendering issues.
• Tools: Expert proficiency with GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Sitebulb.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Programmatic SEO and International SEO (multilingual/multiregional).
• Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or high-growth tech environments.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for debugging.
