SEO Regional Manager (Global / APAC / UAE)

Binance, the leading global blockchain ecosystem with over 280 million users, is looking for a strategic Regional SEO Manager. You will serve as the central architect of the local search strategy, bridging the gap between global SEO standards and regional execution. You will empower Local Marketing Managers globally to drive hyper-local visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Strategy: Develop and implement localized SEO strategies that align with global business goals while catering to specific regional market needs.
• Consulting & Leadership: Act as the primary SEO lead and consultant for Local Marketing Managers, providing tactical guidance, keyword research, and actionable insights.
• Technical SEO: Provide localized optimization frameworks and technical requirements (meta titles, headers, translation) for implementation across regional subdomains.
• Backlink Framework: Design and manage a high-impact local backlink framework to secure authoritative regional placements.
• Reputation Management: Deploy strategies to improve search rankings and brand sentiment across different geographic regions.
• Budget Management: Manage allocated budgets for local SEO initiatives and oversee vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Experience: 5-8 years of proven achievement in Global SEO, specifically managing local search performance for a large B2C audience across international markets.
• Coordination: Exceptional ability to coordinate with cross-functional and decentralized teams (specifically Local Marketing Managers).
• Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of or interest in the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and how they impact localized search crawling.
• Analytics: Deep proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker, Ahrefs, Semrush, and BrightLocal.
• Language: English business proficiency is required; Mandarin business level is a strong plus.
