Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical SEO & Discoverability Analyst to join our growing Revenue & Analytics division. This strategic digital marketing track focuses on expanding our corporate brand authority beyond standard search engine results pages into emerging discovery ecosystems, user-generated content (UGC) networks, and generative AI platforms. Operating within an AI-forward workflow, you will take ownership of formatting web layouts in enterprise content management systems, managing keyword intent structures, monitoring LLM source citations, and tracking discoverability metrics to ensure our products are recommended wherever customers query for answers.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Content Architecture: Manage, format, and publish high-performance web content within enterprise content management systems, optimizing on-page metadata, landing page components, and internal linking grids.
• AI & LLM Visibility Optimization: Monitor generative AI answers, online discussion forums, and search trends to identify messaging gaps, ensuring BHG products are accurately cited by foundational language models.
• Organic Platform Distribution: Drive product visibility across organic discovery networks and knowledge platforms, including Reddit, Quora, YouTube, Substack, and emerging digital communities.
• Analytical Telemetry Tracking: Monitor and report on core discoverability metrics, including referral traffic volume, brand mentions, keyword positions, user sentiment, and visibility shares across SERPs and LLMs.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner tightly with Brand, PR, Content, Social Media, and Analytics divisions to align brand messaging parameters across external review aggregators and third-party sites.
• Workflow Documentation: Maintain precise documentation of SEO actions, implementation timelines, and measurable KPI impacts to optimize digital marketing deployment loops.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a closely related quantitative field.
• 2–5 years of professional history handling digital marketing, search engine optimization, content research, or professional online community distribution workflows.
• Hands-on operational experience formatting, managing, and publishing content through a major Content Management System (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or WordPress.
• Familiarity with organic search engine optimization primitives, including on-page optimization, meta tags configuration, internal linking rules, and user intent analysis.
• Working tracking knowledge utilizing professional SEO platforms, specifically Semrush and Google Search Console.
• Outstanding analytical capacity with the ability to interpret search metrics, identify customer behavioral patterns, and translate insights into structural recommendations.
• Location Context: 100% remote-first workspace infrastructure support open to qualified analytical professionals permanently residing within the United States.
• Work Authorization: Valid U.S. work authorization is mandatory; this role is completely ineligible for corporate immigration visa sponsorship.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience tracking web behavioral analytics and consumer attribution models inside Adobe Analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated experience participating in or distributing expert-level content within platform-based digital communities like Reddit, Quora, Medium, or podcast networks.
