Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, business-savvy SEO Channel Lead to oversee long-term growth and account optimization strategies across our core enterprise SEO portfolio. In this highly visible consulting track, you will map out data-driven search blueprints, diagnose complex crawl and indexing limitations, and align internal execution squads without managing direct reports. You possess the unique capability to link high-tier search engine data models (rankings, visibility, indexing dynamics) directly with corporate growth metrics (conversions, acquisition costs, customer lifetime value) to pitch strategies confidently to non-technical C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Governance: Architect and guide high-performance integrated SEO roadmaps across Content Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, PR networks, and deep analytics funnels.
  • Client Revenue Preservation: Own a dedicated portfolio of marquee client accounts, optimizing contract retention rates while identifying tactical up-sell and cross-channel strategy opportunities.
  • Advanced Search Troubleshooting: Act as the divisional subject matter expert to troubleshoot advanced crawlability errors, technical indexing anomalies, and semantic search updates while mentoring mid-level optimization engineers.
  • Data Visualization & Modeling: Leverage advanced data visualization software pipelines to merge complex channel databases, manage relationship mapping filters, and distill abstract multi-channel telemetry into clear storytelling dashboards.
  • Resource Allocation Planning: Partner tightly with internal Project Management tracks to monitor hour tracking frameworks, audit account profitability metrics, and consult during resource scheduling roundtables.
  • AI Optimization Integration: Test, benchmark, and deploy cutting-edge generative AI tools and content automation models to build efficiency buffers across daily production and text mining loops.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional tracking history managing hands-on optimization frameworks inside a fast-paced performance digital marketing agency ecosystem.
  • Deep master-level command over advanced multi-channel concepts spanning Enterprise Search, Semantic Web, Data Analytics, and Content Strategy mechanics.
  • Advanced analytical capability utilizing modern business intelligence and data visualization software to run complex data unions and entity relationship checks.
  • Proven capacity to manage and educate senior client stakeholders, simplifying complex search engine algorithms into high-yield, business-oriented outcomes.
  • Strong coaching and internal advisory mechanics to guide cross-functional teams around volatile search engine trends and channel updates.
  • Excellent context-switching capabilities with the endurance to manage overlapping project matrix targets smoothly under tight turnarounds.
  • Shift & Time Parameters: Absolute availability to operate consistently across continental US business working hours.
  • Location Context: 100% remote-first workspace infrastructure or local on-site hybrid configurations open to qualified professionals based inside the United States (HQ office available in Philadelphia, PA).

What Success Looks Like

  • Day 30: Complete core operational division onboarding tracks and seamlessly integrate within active client project groups.
  • Day 60: Partner alongside data leads to successfully map out and launch at least 2 high-impact search initiatives.
  • Day 90: Independently own and champion a complete, complex portfolio book of business with absolute operational autonomy.
