Senior Web Developer (Real Estate & Development Focus)

About the Role: 20four7VA is seeking a highly skilled, senior-level Web Developer to deliver remote services as an independent contractor. You will focus on building content-heavy, data-driven real estate and development websites that require clean structure, intuitive navigation, and flawless execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead high-level web development projects, including full multi-page site builds for real estate and residential communities.
• Integrate SEO best practices into every step of development (metadata, schema, URL structures, etc.).
• Implement AI-driven enhancements, including on-site search optimization and chatbot integrations.
• Conduct thorough self-QA to confirm accuracy, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser performance.
• Provide UX/UI recommendations and identify opportunities for structural improvements.

What You Bring

• Proven experience developing real estate or development-focused websites.
• Expertise in on-page SEO implementation and technical optimization.
• Ability to independently own full multi-page site builds from planning to launch with a strong design eye.
• Familiarity with modern web tools and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, Breakdance, and JetEngine.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to follow structured direction without handholding.
