Senior Technical Writer

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the clarity and effectiveness of technical documentation, with a particular focus on ServiceNow and managed services operations. You will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to translate complex processes into user-friendly guides.

Key Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Documentation: Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation specifically for ServiceNow implementations and managed services operations.
• Content Translation: Collaborate with engineering, operations, and client services to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable text.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the documentation lifecycle for multiple projects simultaneously, from planning and drafting to review and publication.
• Standardization: Enhance and uphold documentation standards and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members, fostering a culture of quality.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of technical writing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and experience documenting managed services operations is required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
