Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Senior Technical Recruiter to join our core centralized General & Administrative (G&A) division in a full-time remote capacity across the United States. Operating at the absolute pace of frontier AI development, you will step up to claim individual strategic operational accountability for owning the comprehensive full-cycle recruitment pipelines for our most complex and high-impact technical roles across Research, Engineering, and Product teams. Shifting completely away from conventional, highly prescriptive 9-to-5 recruiting or passive inbox review loops, you must bring a builder’s mindset and a deep systems-level view of human resource deployment. This position requires a technical recruitment veteran who sources specialized technical talent fluidly natively using Recruiter metrics, maps international talent pipelines smoothly natively using Talent Acquisition methodologies across divergent cultures (US, EMEA, APAC), and aligns complex compensation offers confidently in lockstep with Finance, Legal, and People Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Technical Talent Sourcing: Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for senior, hard-to-fill technical seats across core platform infrastructure, applied machine learning, and developer-facing divisions natively utilizing Recruiter selection principles.
  • Global Pipeline Expansion Governance: Lead cross-border candidate acquisition paths across multiple international geographies (including US, EMEA, APAC), navigating diverse regional market conditions and cultural contexts seamlessly.
  • Hiring Manager Strategic Advisory: Partner peer-to-peer with engineering directors and product heads to explicitly define role parameters, navigate global leveling matrices, and structure rigorous, signal-rich interview loops.
  • Advanced Technical Literacy Integration: Hold deeply credible, technical screening evaluations with frontier candidates, displaying a comprehensive grasp of how APIs, distributed software architectures, and real-time inference systems operate.
  • Funnel Diagnostics and Velocity Engineering: Extract, monitor, and optimize real-time recruitment data tracks and funnel analytics to diagnose conversion bottlenecks, maximize interview signal quality, and accelerate global hiring velocity.
  • Compliant Offer Architecture Customization: Collaborate intimately with internal Finance, Legal, and People Ops divisions to align compliant contract frameworks, cross-border employment models, and competitive geographic offer packages.
  • Infrastructure and Tool Development: Contribute technical depth to the continuous evolution of Deepgram’s international recruiting stack, automated screening playbooks, and candidate experience benchmarks.
  • Active AI Workflow Enablement: Maintain an AI-first mindset daily, proactively integrating and experimenting with advanced language models and custom talent generation automations natively leveraging Talent Acquisition parameters to multiply your candidate engagement output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional history running advanced full-cycle technical recruiting, global corporate talent sourcing, human resource acquisition consulting, or specialized agency tech placement for hyper-growth SaaS or AI platforms.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of modern software engineering taxonomy, API delivery, real-time inference lifecycles, and backend infrastructure engineering concepts.
  • Expert-tier capability mapping candidate funnels, hunting niche profiles, and closing senior-level developers natively utilizing Recruiter platform mechanics.
  • Practical operational familiarity navigating cross-border compliance laws, multi-market offer setups, and distributed tracking tools natively using Talent Acquisition guidelines.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully recruiting for at least two of the following core domains: Customer/Solutions Engineering, Backend/Platform Infrastructure, Product Engineering, or Developer-facing software architecture.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the uncompromised confidence to preserve structural bar integrity and push back against cross-functional teams when balancing speed-to-hire requirements.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and document communication attributes in business-fluent English, enabling flawless asynchronous candidate engagement across disparate international time zones.
  • Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified technical recruitment strategists based permanently and resident within the United States to operate under a 100% remote layout.
