Job Description
About the Role: At SimplyInsured, we are on a mission to empower small business owners by making health insurance transparent and accessible. As our Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and serve as the face of SimplyInsured to our most valuable allies. You will be responsible for nurturing our existing ecosystem (like Toast and Square) while identifying and unlocking new revenue streams through creative co-marketing and deep-funnel integrations.
What You'll Do
- Own the commercial success of key partnerships, driving user acquisition and maximizing value.
- Act as the main point of contact for executive stakeholders at partner companies.
- Manage the full lifecycle from initial onboarding and technical integration to post-launch optimization.
- Partner with marketing teams to design and launch high-impact co-marketing campaigns (webinars, emails, landing pages).
- Track KPIs, conduct QBRs, and synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights for our Product team and CEO.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships with a proven history of hitting revenue targets in an early-stage startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Analytical rigor to justify new experiments or resource allocations based on data.
- Bonus: Insurtech/Fintech knowledge and experience navigating regulated industries.

- Starting Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 ($130,000 - $190,000 OTE).
