Job Description
About the Role: Upside is transforming brick-and-mortar commerce, providing users with cashback and businesses with profitable customers. We are looking for a Senior Strategic Account Executive to join our fastest-growing Restaurant Sales team. You will identify and close new growth opportunities with large restaurant franchisees and brands across the U.S.
What You'll Do
- Identify and close new growth opportunities with large restaurant franchisees and brands.
- Develop a deep knowledge of prospective clients to tailor the Upside sales approach and compress the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Operations to ensure a consistent experience for new merchants.
- Manage multiple opportunities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate the value of Upside's unique features using sophisticated consultative sales skills.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in a full sales cycle role, with 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of an enterprise organization.
- Successful track record of achieving/exceeding quotas.
- Experience operating sales technology tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong).
- Note: Willingness to travel up to 50%.

- Base salary range of $159,000 - $190,000 plus commission and equity (ISOs).
