About the Role: At DoorDash, the Equity Team operates at the intersection of Accounting, Payroll, HR, Compensation, Legal, and Tax. As a Senior Stock Administrator, you will help drive the long-term vision and strategy for our growing equity team within the Accounting organization. You will play a key role in launching world-class equity programs developed for precision and ease of execution, ensuring every equity-related transaction appears seamless.
What You'll Do
- Own the ongoing administration of global equity plans, including equity events like RSU releases, stock option exercises, and pre-clearance.
- Develop processes and training for Tier 1 employee inquiries and own Tier 2 escalations, optimizing for the best customer service.
- Collaborate with the Equity Operations Manager to support changes to existing programs and the implementation of future ones.
- Support monthly and quarterly equity reporting while maintaining data integrity in the equity platform.
- Work closely with HR and Payroll to ensure alignment on tax positions and accurate employee data.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in stock plan administration as a dedicated stock operations professional.
- Understanding of global equity operations and taxation.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with very strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- A customer-obsessed attitude for equity participant support and the ability to distill complex concepts into simple communications.
- You have or are working on your Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Workday, ADP, and the Equity Edge Online platform.
