Job Description
About the Role: Omni is the AI analytics platform turning company data into a trusted source of truth. Built on a semantic model, Omni allows users to query data in plain English and power AI agents. As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will become an expert in the Omni platform, empowering our customers to do more with their data throughout their lifecycle and working with companies across various industries and regions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise, helping uncover use cases to showcase the value of the Omni platform.
- Build and present Proofs of Concept in the Omni Platform as part of the evaluation process.
- Enable prospective customers on how to successfully use Omni on their data.
- Smoothly transition trials into successful customers by partnering with post-sales teams.
- Collaborate extensively with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback and guide product direction.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics and/or technical pre-sales roles.
- Strong SQL skills, specifically using SQL for analytics.
- Prior experience with business intelligence and/or enterprise data analytics tools, modeled BI preferred (such as Looker).
- Exceptional, consultative communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- A passion for working with data and a desire to work closely with customers in a client-facing role.
