Senior Solutions Engineer

About the Role: Fieldguide is automating and streamlining assurance and audit for cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be the primary solution lead for prospects and customers in the Corporate Internal Audit and SOX compliance market, driving deal velocity and technical adoption of our platform.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Account Executives to articulate Fieldguide’s value proposition and vision to C-suite and technical stakeholders.
• Lead technical validations during the Proof of Value (POV) phase and increase sales velocity.
• Facilitate persuasive product demonstrations based on customer-specific business issues and decision criteria.
• Manage organized discoveries to uncover customer requirements and handle technical objections professionally.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to influence the roadmap based on market and customer insights.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Corporate Internal Audit, SOX, or Compliance with a customer-facing solutions engineering background.
• Executive presence with exceptional speaking and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to C-suite executives.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and infrastructure (CRM platforms like Salesforce/Hubspot).
• Intrinsically motivated to exceed goals with a mission-first, team-player mindset.
• Ability to translate complex audit/compliance requirements into technical software solutions.
