Job Description
About the Role: Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy. We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant, Pre-Sales (Platform) to be the technical voice in the room when selling our orchestration platform to banks, fintechs, and marketplaces. You will own every technical conversation from first discovery through signed contract, building the decisioning workflow that ships with the deal.
What You'll Do
- Partner with an Account Executive to run point on 20+ active deals, leading discovery calls and translating them into actionable solution designs.
- Negotiate integration architecture (REST vs. SDK, sync vs. async) with technical buyers, handling constraints like security reviews and latency SLAs.
- Configure solutions inside the RiskOS Platform, orchestrating identity, fraud, and device signals into a live workflow.
- Demo the no-code decisioning platform to audiences ranging from VPs of Fraud to Staff Engineers.
- Ensure a clean handoff of fully built decision logic to Post-Sales and Technical Project Management teams for rapid go-live.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing technical sales role (Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect).
- Track record of technical ownership on complex enterprise deals ($500K+ ACV) with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- Strong technical ability to read an API spec, debug a Postman call, configure no-code workflows, and write basic SQL.
- Exceptional sales acumen and grit to manage shifting priorities, deal blockers, and technical challenges independently.
- Bonus: Background in fraud, identity verification, risk, KYC/AML, or exposure to ML/statistics concepts.

- Base salary range: $155,000 – $175,000 per year.
- $85,000 target commission plan plus equity offers.
