Senior Software Engineer (.NET / Azure)

BHG Financial, a leader in the financial services space founded in 2001, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Build and implement functionality using C#, .NET, and Angular (or React).
• Architecture: Offer expertise in architectural and design decisions as a subject matter expert in SQL, REST, and JSON.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and code quality.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Work with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Kafka for orchestration and transformations.
• Code Quality: Craft high-quality, scalable code and conduct thorough code reviews (PRs).

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of developer experience in an Engineering/Technology discipline.
• Core Stack: Expert knowledge of REST + JSON, C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Azure (APIM, KeyVaults), Terraform, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and CI/CD.
• Data & Messaging: Experience with Kafka, Redis, and SignalR for real-time communication.
• Frontend: Proficiency in Angular or React.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with AI tools and development.
