Senior ServiceNow (SNOW) Developer

About the Role: Avacone Group is looking for a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. You will provide technical leadership, mentor other developers, enforce best practices, and help shape platform standards and governance.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and platform standards.
• Develop advanced ServiceNow components including Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and external authentication mechanisms.
• Provide technical leadership in sprint delivery, backlog refinement, and solution reviews.
• Support production releases, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain high-quality documentation.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong platform expertise, including mandatory ITSM knowledge, CMDB, CSDM principles, and Workflow/Flow Designer.
• Advanced JavaScript skills and a solid understanding of ServiceNow scripting patterns.
• Experience in Agile delivery (Scrum) and working in cross-functional teams with strong English communication skills.
• Bonus: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS), experience with ITOM/SecOps, or knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and ATF.
