Senior SEO Manager

Remote is solving the world's biggest challenge: global employment compliance. They are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to own the global organic growth strategy. You will sit at the intersection of Traffic Acquisition and User Experience. You won't just be ranking keywords; you will be the organization's authority on Technical SEO, ensuring the site architecture and performance support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• GEO & SEO Strategy: Define the roadmap for both traditional SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). This is one of the first JDs to explicitly ask for AI-Search optimization strategies.
• Technical Excellence: Partner with Web Engineering to handle RegEx, Schema, Crawlability, and Core Web Vitals. You need to speak "Developer".
• International Scaling: Work with localization teams to ensure the brand voice and conversion paths work across different global markets.
• Data & ROI: Own organic reporting using GA4, Search Console, and Looker/Data Viz tools to prove ROI to leadership.
• Leadership: Manage a team of SEO specialists and external vendors/agencies.

Requirements

• Experience: Several years in SEO with a track record in SaaS or B2B Marketing. Leadership experience is required.
• Technical Stack: Expert-level knowledge of Technical SEO (Speed, Architecture, RegEx) and tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
• Future Proofing: Knowledge of AI-driven search trends (ChatGPT Search, Google SGE).
• Communication: Ability to explain complex technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
