Senior Salesforce Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Functional Consultant

About the Role: At Riveron, we partner with clients to solve complex finance challenges. We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Q2C Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Quote-to-Cash processes on the Salesforce platform. You will leverage your deep expertise in CPQ, Billing, and revenue lifecycle management to drive business transformation.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design of Salesforce Quote-to-Cash solutions, including CPQ, Billing, Contracts, Orders, and Invoicing.
• Work closely with business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations) to gather requirements and conduct discovery workshops.
• Configure Salesforce CPQ (pricing rules, product bundles, discounting) and design billing processes for subscription models.
• Identify gaps in current Quote-to-Cash processes to propose improvements and drive automation.
• Define test strategies (UAT, SIT), collaborate on integrations, and mentor junior consultants.

What You Bring

• 6–10+ years of Salesforce experience with 4+ years specifically on Quote-to-Cash implementations.
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and Billing.
• Strong functional understanding of pricing strategies, contract lifecycle management, and revenue recognition principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead client discussions.
• Bonus: Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification, experience with SaaS business models, and knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
