Job Description

About the Role: As part of the Presales team, you will work closely with Sales on discovery calls, technical deep dives, demos, and POCs, acting as a trusted advisor who bridges technology and business value. You will focus on NICE's Customer Service Automation portfolio—including AI-driven Intelligent Virtual Agents, Knowledge Management, Analytics, Intelligent Routing, and Digital Engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead discovery and solutioning calls and technical deep dives to uncover pain points and identify opportunities.
  • Deliver customized, high-impact demos and presentations that paint a vision of exceptional customer experience.
  • Craft creative, differentiated responses to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Design and execute proofs-of-value (POVs) that demonstrate real-world value and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Continuously track market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies across AI, digital, analytics, and cloud platforms.
  • Provide technical expertise and upskill others across adjacent teams, becoming a go-to voice for AI.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or sales architecture role engaged in complex enterprise software sales.
  • 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience, plus 5+ years of contact center experience with deep familiarity of the CCaaS landscape.
  • Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills, along with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, DOM, and browser developer tools.
  • Hands-on experience with conversational AI, chatbots, virtual agents, or low-code automation platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS architecture, APIs, and integrations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology to revenue and profit outcomes.
  • Bonus: Bachelor's degree in a related technology field (MBA preferred) and experience with NICE, Cognigy, or comparable CCaaS platforms.
