Job Description
About the Role: WFS is a high-performance RevOps agency that installs and deploys enterprise-grade, AI-driven revenue engines and selling systems for our clients. We are looking for a Senior Sales Advisor for a consultative, full-cycle sales position designed for high-level operators. You'll lead conversations with business owners and decision-makers who are actively exploring solutions to meaningful growth constraints.
What You'll Do
- Run 1-on-1 sales calls with qualified prospects via Zoom and lead structured, consultative conversations.
- Own the full sales cycle including pipeline generation, call execution, follow-up, and deal progression.
- Generate a portion of your own pipeline through outbound, warm follow-up, and self-sourcing efforts.
- Diagnose business challenges, create clarity around the path forward, and help prospects make confident decisions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and next steps across all active deals.
What You Bring
- A proven track record of closing high-ticket ($5K–$15K+) B2B offers.
- Ability to hold your own in conversations around revenue, margins, hiring, and operational challenges.
- Comfort navigating high-trust, high-stakes conversations and managing pushback or difficult conversations.
- Discipline with process, CRM hygiene, and follow-up, taking full ownership of your pipeline.
- A competitive, coachable, and performance-driven mindset.
Benefits
- Base salary range: $80,000 – $120,000 plus uncapped commission.
