  • Specification Audit Loops: Review application requirements, technical product designs, and engineering specifications to define structured test plans for functional, integration, regression, and performance validation cycles.
  • Agile POD Synchronization: Work productively as part of an active agile engineering team, utilizing modern development methodologies to ensure software stability across all service layers.
  • Defect Triage & Debugging: Partner closely with backend developers and system administrators to quickly diagnose, isolate, and resolve platform bugs and live production defects.
  • Engineering Technical Mentorship: Act as a quality engineering domain expert, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and framework onboarding to coach other members of the team.
  • Testing Methodology Innovation: Research emerging automation tools and testing strategies, proactively evaluating and tuning existing test cases to achieve continuous operational improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of verified professional history running software test automation, test infrastructure creation, or quality engineering pipelines.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an adjacent quantitative software development field.
  • Deep conceptual mastery of core software testing principles, with hands-on history deploying test suites based on BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) or TDD (Test-Driven Development) models.
  • Proven background operating and executing continuous validation tracks inside automated CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) environments.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics, with a demonstrated capacity to formulate clear, legally auditable bug documentation and system analysis reports.
  • Location Context: Full-time flexible hybrid or remote operational model optimized for qualified automation engineers based inside Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience developing or testing enterprise healthcare applications, bioinformatics software, or medical systems inside a regulated industry setting.
  • Practical familiarity writing automation code utilizing specialized scripting languages or configuring cloud infrastructure pipelines.
