You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to integrate quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. Our ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses strong problem-solving abilities, and is eager to champion best practices in testing and quality assurance. ### Key Responsibilities * Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies for new features and existing functionalities across various platforms (web, mobile, API). * Establish and maintain advanced test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback loops. * Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, load, security, and user acceptance testing. * Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. * Monitor and analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes. * Act as a mentor to junior QA engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of quality within the team. * Champion quality assurance best practices, tools, and methodologies across the engineering organization. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes, advocating for quality from the initial design phase through to deployment and monitoring. * Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements and user stories, translating them into effective test scenarios. ### What We're Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance and software testing, with a significant portion in a Senior or Lead role. * Proven expertise in developing and maintaining robust test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. * Strong proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#). * Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, SoapUI) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). * Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for data validation. * Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). * Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote, distributed team setting. * A strong commitment to delivering high-quality software and a passion for continuous learning and improvement. ### Benefits * Competitive salary package for a high-impact role. * Fully remote work environment, offering exceptional flexibility. * Opportunity to work on challenging and innovative global projects. * Support for professional development and continuous learning. * Collaborative and inclusive team culture. * Generous paid time off and holidays. * Comprehensive health and wellness benefits (details may vary based on location but designed to be competitive internationally).
