Senior QA Automation Engineer (Selenium & API)

Roller Gaming, a dedicated player in the iGaming, Sports Betting, and iLottery domain based in Sofia and London, is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer. You will join a team of specialists developing next-generation native applications and web-based platform solutions for global leaders in the betting industry. This role requires taking ownership of both manual and automated testing processes to ensure the quality of high-traffic software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain effective test cases and automation scripts for web applications.
• Pipeline Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to support continuous testing and delivery .
• Full-Cycle Testing: Execute functional, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing across multiple platforms and devices.
• API Validation: Perform backend validations and API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and product teams to translate requirements into testing scenarios.

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Automation Tools: Strong experience with Selenium (Grid), TestNG, or Selenide (Optional: JUnit, Cucumber, PyTest).
• API Skills: Solid understanding of API testing with Postman or REST Assured.
• CI/CD: Experience working with CI tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Architecture: Understanding of microservice architecture and backend validations.

Nice to Have

• Mobile Testing: Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (Sauce Labs, BrowserStack) or Appium.
• Certifications: ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent.
