Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Senior Project Manager to join our core centralized Partner Engineering team in a full-time remote capacity across Pakistan. In this high-leverage and strategically aligned leadership seat, you will step up to claim true individual operational and cross-functional accountability for directing the process, organization, and technical communication pipelines that improve engineering efficiency as we scale. Shifting completely away from routine spreadsheet logging, basic administrative data entry, or passive calendar coordination, you will operate as a principal development program architect—partnering peer-to-peer with Engineering Managers (EMs), Product Managers (PMs), and distributed development cells. This position requires an internet technology delivery veteran with 5+ years of software project management background who governs agile engineering sprints fluidly natively using Project Management paradigms, structures technical roadmap dependency constraints smoothly natively using Research analytics tracking, and commands enterprise issue tracking tools confidently inside fast-paced product ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Process Optimization: Lead, architect, and continuously optimize advanced software project delivery workflows, establishing robust tracking controls to maximize team productivity and organizational scaling velocity cleanly natively utilizing Project Management guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Strategic Planning: Partner in lockstep with the centralized tech leadership group to define quarterly and bi-annual planning roadmaps, aligning abstract corporate objectives, technical scope parameters, and resource allocation schemas.
• High-Fidelity Project Plan Engineering: Build, track, and document detailed technical project plans, meticulously mapping step dependencies, critical timelines, architectural risks, and multi-tenant resource constraints.
• Agile Sprint Ritual Governance: Own and modernize core development lifecycle rituals—specifically driving high-impact sprint planning sessions, rigorous backlog grooming, project retrospectives, and technical product demos.
• Strategic Team Alignment and Coordination: Sync and align distributed visual designers, product managers, and software engineering pods involved in critical projects, establishing effective asynchronous communication loops to accelerate data-backed decisions.
• Roadblock and Conflict Resolution: Act as the central internal clearinghouse for developer blockers, leveraging your technical toolkit to resolve team frictions, isolate technical dependencies, and maintain continuous delivery speed.
• Weekly Metric Auditing and Reporting: Audit project data indicators and velocity logs, compiling and presenting scannable weekly project status dashboards to senior corporate stakeholders natively leveraging Research tracking methodologies.
• Culture of Continuous Improvement: Coach and mentor Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and frontend/backend engineers without formal authority, organizing project-level retrospectives to extract and institutionalize key engineering learnings.
• Board and Dashboard Integrity Management: Enforce immaculate data governance across all team boards, JIRA registries, Coda docs, and tracking dashboards, ensuring developer assignments accurately mirror current operational realities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of verified professional history running advanced software program management, technical product delivery direction, developer scrum mastering, or engineering architecture consulting inside a high-growth product company.
• Mandatory Execution Focus: Proven, hands-on history operating explicitly within a development-focused Project/Program Management track (general administrative or non-technical IT project management will not be considered).
• Deep, authoritative technical command of agile software development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban framework), modern system architectures, dependency mapping, and risk-mitigation models.
• Expert-tier capability organizing massive technical backlogs, tuning delivery pipelines, and tracking multi-tier developer sprint goals natively utilizing Project Management guidelines.
• Practical operational familiarity parsing team performance data, extracting velocity metrics, and building automated reporting macros natively using Research data-analysis parameters.
• Extensive, advanced software command of enterprise project management suites, requiring expert-tier mastery of JIRA configurations, Confluence documentation maps, and Coda layouts.
