We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who operates at the intersection of sharp positioning, creative instinct, and relentless execution.

The Mandate

• Own the Narrative: Define and sharpen OpusClip’s positioning and messaging across the website, user communications, and educational content.
• Drive Launches: Lead GTM briefs that arm brand partners and influencers to win, creating repeatable playbooks for future growth.
• Convert Attention: Pilot campaigns that drive real product usage, measuring and scaling what works to ensure widespread adoption.
• Voice of the Customer: Surface user insights to champion their needs, acting as the connective tissue between users and the product team.

The Profile

• 4+ years in product marketing for Product-Led Growth (PLG) tech startups.
• Exceptional storyteller and writer who translates complex AI capabilities into narratives that move people.
• Proven track record of leading product launches that measurably moved adoption and activation.
• Genuine taste in video creation and editing, with the ability to spot and articulate what makes content "good."
• A "Zero-to-One" builder who thrives in ambiguity and defines their own scope of impact.
• Nice to Have: Experience marketing AI or creative tools and a background in growth marketing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000 USD per year.
• Annual Bonus: $12,500 – $37,500 based on performance.
