About Nabis: Nabis is the absolute #1 licensed cannabis wholesale platform in the world, securely supplying over $1B worth of cannabis products annually from hundreds of elite brands to retail distribution networks across California, New York, and Nevada. Our core mission is to empower the world to discover cannabis by driving market choice, geographic access, and logistical innovation. Backed by Y Combinator and visionary investors—including DoorDash Co-Founder Stanley Tang, NFL legend Joe Montana, and Gmail creator Paul Buchheit—Nabis builds advanced, software-first distribution networks to scale the entire regulated industry.

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, business-savvy Senior Product Manager to lead our cross-functional Sales pod. In this strategic capacity, you will take absolute ownership of defining and executing the long-term product roadmap for the Nabis sales suite—encompassing order entry optimizations, account 360 views, and pricing engine frameworks. Partnering tightly alongside engineering teams, designers, and data analysts, you will build internal and partner-facing B2B solutions that interface with over 2,000 retail locations across the largest regulated markets in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Roadmap Strategy & Vision: Formulate and drive the multi-quarter product strategy for the Nabis wholesale sales platform, identifying high-yield product features that unlock gross merchandise volume and expansion revenue.
  • Pricing & Promotion Infrastructure: Architect data-driven engine structures to optimize localized list pricing configurations, automated customer-specific pricing matrixes, dynamic volume discounting, and commission workflows.
  • Sales Tooling Productivity: Build premium internal tools and metrics-driven analytics dashboards utilized daily by field account managers and partner sales channels.
  • Account Governance: Develop backend infrastructure supporting account assignments, automated credit restrictions, AR risk reporting workflows, and sales telemetry tracking.
  • On-the-Ground Discovery: Run on-site field research, shadowing field representatives and joining retail ride-alongs to translate qualitative operational feedback into clear engineering scripts.
  • Platform Architecture Synchronization: Partner with cross-functional platform PMs to ensure sales services are highly extensible, scalable, and integrate seamlessly with external enterprise CRM nodes and custom API gateways.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience across a combination of product management, product design, or software engineering tracks with a strong aptitude for business modeling.
  • Proven tracking history delivering complex, multi-quarter enterprise systems from concept to release within a fast-paced Silicon Valley technology environment.
  • Extensive experience architecting internal tools, pricing engines, automated discounting layers, or CRM workflows within B2B, wholesale, or distribution ecosystems.
  • Strong technical familiarity with API-based services and application architectures built around modern engineering stacks (such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js).
  • Deep analytical comfort utilizing product data to formulate execution hypotheses, balanced with strong user intuition when dealing with incomplete data sets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership mechanics, with a proven ability to present roadmaps confidently to non-technical sales leaders and C-suite executives alike.
  • Hands-on familiarity reviewing design frameworks inside Figma workspace environments.
  • Proficiency navigating sprint execution tools including Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
  • Location Context: 100% remote working infrastructure framework strictly open to qualified professionals residing in the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NJ, NV, NY, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA.

Preferred Advantages (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience operating within highly regulated compliance markets (such as Cannabis, Fintech, or Healthtech).
  • Direct experience adopting AI workflows into product discovery or telemetry mapping tracks to accelerate execution loops.

What We Offer

  • Base Compensation: Competitive base salary starting at $165,000 USD per annum (calibrated based on final skills audit and geographic parameters).
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) package alongside standard paid company holidays.
  • Comprehensive corporate medical, dental, and vision insurance policies available to all full-time employees.
  • Robust 401(k) retirement savings plan supported by competitive company match provisions.
