Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Senior Product Manager – Product Solutions to join our core global Product division in a full-time remote capacity within India. In this high-leverage data leadership seat, you will claim individual technical accountability for defining, structuring, and governing the vision, core architecture, and multi-product implementation strategy for an elite suite of healthcare data assets spanning the U.S. payer and market access landscape. Moving entirely past legacy administrative tracking or simple feature mapping, you will operate at the intense intersection of backend data engineering, commercial SaaS product management, and client advisory execution. This high-agency role demands a seasoned data product master with 8+ years of experience who thrives when bringing structural clarity to highly ambiguous, deep-layered medical datasets, leads global distributed product cells with immense empathy, and executes complex database validations seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Roadmap Governance: Define, own, and execute the architectural lifecycle strategy and long-term multi-product roadmap for a suite of healthcare data products covering U.S. payer dynamics and benefit designs.
• Data Model and Schema Architecture: Design, expand, and govern robust data models, classification frameworks, and vendor-agnostic business rules representing layered insurance PBM structures and commercial access relationships.
• Third-Party Data Vendor Triage: Manage high-touch relationships with external global healthcare data providers, evaluating input file quality, auditing data completeness, and negotiating source activation lines into core product pipelines.
• Automated Quality Control Engineering: Partner with engineering squads to design and enforce automated validation frameworks, proactive telemetry monitoring protocols, and automated anomaly detection queries natively utilizing SQL and cloud data warehouses.
• Business Intelligence and KPI Tracking: Formulate and monitor core product performance indicators—encompassing data completeness percentages, classification accuracy indexes, refresh timeliness metrics, and client adoption values—via Power BI.
• Full-Cycle Talent Management: Direct, mentor, and grow a cross-functional product team, owning the full employee lifecycle including role requirement definition, interviewing assessments, onboarding programs, and intentional career progression paths.
• Client-Facing Technical Consultation: Serve as the premier internal product authority for commercial and consulting teams, performing deep-dive root cause analysis on client-reported data edge-cases and translating complex data concepts into actionable insights.
• Operational Process Standardization: Standardize product governance cadences, build structured onboarding documentation frameworks, and maintain rigorous knowledge repositories to de-risk single-point-of-failure liabilities across the data lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of verified professional history running advanced data product management, healthcare analytics, or pharmaceutical market data solutions delivery.
• A minimum of 3 years of specialized, professional focus handling complex U.S. healthcare payer ecosystems, PBM tracking, formulary design metrics, or medical market access data models.
• Deep, authoritative technical command of relational database manipulation and cloud storage principles, demonstrating proficiency writing queries natively in SQL across cloud-native environments like Snowflake.
• Proven commercial experience integrating and manipulating diverse, large-scale medical data streams, explicitly including formulary files, insurance claims databases, and reference data pools.
• Hands-on operational familiarity designing or interpreting corporate metrics matrices and client-specific solutions tables within **Power BI** or adjacent data visualization applications.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and cross-functional leadership mechanics in fluent English, with a demonstrated ability to distill highly abstract data concepts for technical engineering cells and non-technical commercial leaders.
• Location Context: Parameters open to qualified data product managers base-stationed permanently anywhere within India to execute 100% remotely from home under global timezone collaboration frameworks.
