Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, growth-minded Senior Product Manager to join our core centralized Promote Team collective in a full-time remote capacity across the United States. Functioning as the principal visual and business architect for our real estate platform’s marketing and promotional solutions, you will step up to claim individual operational and strategic accountability for driving product growth, listing visibility, and sustainable customer engagement. Shifting completely away from routine task scheduling, passive backlog editing, or basic system monitoring, you will operate as a high-leverage product strategist—translating complex market trends and agent paint points into an actionable, performant roadmap. This position requires an enterprise PropTech or digital advertising veteran with 5+ years of software management background who architects customer lead generation workflows fluidly natively using SEO optimization models, coordinates complex multi-disciplinary feature rollouts smoothly natively using Project Management agile processes, and monitors user behavioral analytics confidently across distributed web portals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Core Promotional Strategy and Vision: Define, document, and drive the high-level product vision, overarching growth strategy, and commercial roadmaps for all digital marketing and listing promotion feature suites within our real estate technology ecosystem natively utilizing SEO paradigms.
  • End-to-End Agile Feature Delivery: Partner in lockstep with distributed Engineering and UI/UX design teams to develop, test, and ship high-performance software modules that enhance property marketing effectiveness and compress lead-to-conversion windows.
  • User Behavior Data Analysis: Harness complex user analytics and cross-sectional telemetry logs to make high-integrity product decisions, leveraging behavioral frameworks inside Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to continuously optimize platform performance.
  • Rigorous Experimental Design: Lead systematic client testing models and user research initiatives, designing, launching, and validating multi-variable A/B testing scripts to eliminate onboarding friction.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Orchestration: Coordinate and spearhead robust go-to-market strategies, working alongside distributed Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations units to maximize user feature adoption and drive software revenue expansion natively leveraging Project Management playbooks.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Alignment: Gather requirements and manage multi-tier internal and external stakeholder relationships, mapping client feedback directly to measurable corporate business objectives and product goals.
  • Strategic Market Intelligence Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and map emerging real estate technology trends, local competitor activity, digital marketing standards, and shifting real estate regulations to fuel long-term platform evolution.
  • Rigorous Product KPI Management: Establish, monitor, and distribute clear product performance indicators (KPIs), tracking data trends to ensure feature sets remain perfectly aligned with company financial timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of verified professional history running advanced software product management, digital marketing product engineering, SaaS lifecycle consulting, e-commerce growth optimization, or PropTech data advisory.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of digital advertising systems, lead generation funnels, online acquisition models, and search engine prioritization mechanics.
  • Expert-tier capability translating abstract consumer business problems into structured product requirements, user stories, clear epic frameworks, and feature prioritization matrices natively using SEO tools.
  • Practical operational familiarity navigating complex sprint cycles, organizing developer scrums, and using project tracking infrastructure natively using Project Management protocols.
  • Proven, hands-on history utilizing enterprise-tier digital analytics platforms (specifically requiring functional fluency in at least one tool like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude) alongside structured A/B testing methodologies.
  • Possession of a formal university Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a closely related quantitative engineering or commerce field.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication traits in business-fluent English, enabling uncompromised clarity and strategic trust when defending feature roadmaps before cross-functional leadership boards.
  • Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified product managers based permanently and resident within the United States to operate under a 100% remote work-from-home layout.
