Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally innovative, technology-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution and delivery of our world-class, highly scalable Event Ticketing platform. In this high-responsibility remote seat within our Festivals & General Admission division, you will serve as the core voice of the customer—translating complex client workflows into next-generation software products. Balancing visionary roadmapping with execution rigor, you will weave advanced AI-enabled data insights into your discovery loops, lead cross-functional sprint teams, and scale product delivery practices. If you bring strong technical aptitude, deep stakeholder management skills, and a passion for live marketplace systems, this track is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Roadmap Strategy & Vision: Formulate, own, and expand the product roadmap for your designated division, leveraging innovation-centric design patterns and AI-driven data to unlock high-impact ticketing features.
- AI-Assisted Customer Discovery: Elevate foundational product discovery practices, integrating advanced analytics models into quantitative consumer research to ensure teams solve the right problems with speed.
- Cross-Functional Squad Alignment: Lead operational synchronization across Business Development, Marketing, UI/UX Design, Engineering, and Support units to manage trade-offs and clarify priorities.
- Agile Sprint Architecture: Partner directly with your development squad to structure iterative sprints, manage backlog items, and drive predictable delivery velocity natively using JIRA and GitHub.
- C-Suite Executive Storytelling: Synthesize complex product metrics and data trends into crystal-clear strategic narratives to align senior leadership and drive product investment choices.
- Team Mentorship & Practice Scaling: Coach, mentor, and foster professional growth among mid-level product managers and multi-disciplinary tech contributors to raise delivery quality.
- Workflow Pipeline Optimization: Evolve how product development functions, introducing automated frameworks, prompt tools, and collaborative methodologies to continually boost output.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven, deep professional history running product management lifecycles, marketplace scaling strategies, or software delivery models.
- Hands-on operational experience integrating artificial intelligence utilities into core workflows (discovery, prioritization, mapping, and metric analysis).
- Demonstrated history or strong interest leading, mentoring, coaching, and managing cross-functional technical teams or product specialists.
- Advanced technical literacy utilizing modern development and collaboration ecosystems, specifically including **JIRA, GitHub, and data tracking tools**.
- Outstanding problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team collaboration mechanics, optimized to navigate fluid matrix environments.
- Solid sense of customer empathy paired with a metrics-driven approach to evaluating MVP conversions and user trust baselines.
- Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time permanent framework restricted exclusively to qualified platform managers permanently located within the United Kingdom.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior commercial experience operating inside global e-commerce ticketing platforms, multi-sided marketplaces, or the live music/events domain.
- Familiarity driving enterprise-wide optimization patterns or scaling product deployment methodologies across multi-location business teams.
