Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the Role: At CoverGo, our mission is to empower all insurance companies to make insurance 100% digital and accessible to everyone. As a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI), you will play a key role in shaping the future of our leading no-code insurance platform and redefining how design is done in an AI-enabled environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring high-quality, user-centered experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product direction into end-to-end solution design.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, and conduct user research and usability testing.
• Leverage modern AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to rapidly ideate, prototype, and deliver near production-quality outputs.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, focusing on web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, with strong attention to structure, consistency, and scalability.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for design, prototyping, or code generation to significantly accelerate workflows.
• Bonus: Experience in the insurtech or general insurance industry.
