Position Overview

We are seeking a highly sophisticated, technical-minded Senior Product Designer to join our core lean Product Design function in a full-time remote capacity within Germany, Serbia, or the United Kingdom. Embedded directly into an agile multi-interface platform squad alongside Product Managers and Engineering counterparts, you will claim individual architectural accountability for leading the user experience vision across conversational frameworks, developer tooling, and agentic workflows. Moving entirely beyond skin-deep visual styling or passive template design, you will engage deeply with machine learning complexity—including LLM behaviors, multi-turn dialogue patterns, and complex agent architectures—to translate abstract technology layers into clean, intuitive, and approachable user layouts. This high-agency seat demands a seasoned B2B product veteran who thrives inside fast-moving, ambiguous environments and presents data-backed insights confidently to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End User Experience Ownership: Lead and govern the full product design process from early user research and discovery loops down to wireframing, high-fidelity interactive prototyping, usability testing, and live feature launch.
• B2B UI/UX Design Engineering: Architect and implement sophisticated, accessible digital interfaces natively utilizing UI/UX Design best practices to make complex AI technologies usable for non-technical enterprise operators.
• Multi-Interface Canvas Prototyping: Construct, iterate, and maintain comprehensive design systems, component libraries, and structural layout systems natively inside Figma to support web, terminal, and graphical workflows.
• User Research and Insight Synthesis: Plan and conduct rigorous customer interviews, usability evaluations, and contextual inquiries, distilling qualitative and quantitative user feedback into actionable engineering roadmap targets.
• Cross-Functional Platform Synchronization: Serve as an authoritative bridge across the department, thoroughly documenting design specs and sharing synthesized user data articulately with product management and full-stack software development cells.
• Portfolio Review and Cohesion Assurance: Provide critical, constructive design analysis and review loops on adjacent product areas, ensuring a unified, seamless user journey across Rasa’s entire platform portfolio.
• Industry Trend Ingestion: Stay at the absolute cutting edge of design systems governance, multi-modal interaction trends, and automated workflow design practices to continuously enhance internal craft standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional history running advanced product design, B2B user interface creation, complex software interaction architecture, or tech-agency digital design.
• Demonstrated history designing for AI-native platforms, conversational AI systems, semi-autonomous coding agents, or deep developer tooling environments.
• Deep, authoritative technical command of screen layouts, grid logic, information hierarchy, and advanced vector components natively inside Figma.
• Strong, production-tested capability to interpret and map complex technical logic arrays (such as agent state engines or LLM response variables) without needing to write backend code yourself.
• Outstanding portfolio presentation showcasing detailed, in-depth case studies that demonstrate real business and user experience impact across complex problem spaces.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics in fluent English, with a proven ability to accept constructive critiques gracefully and articulate design choices using precise metrics.
