Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our on-premise and SaaS identity products. Your role will involve tackling complex problem spaces and driving design innovation across a diverse portfolio. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from conceptualization and user research to high-fidelity prototyping and collaboration with engineering teams. This includes conducting user interviews, synthesizing research findings, creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes, and translating business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will also play a key role in establishing and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across our product suite. Requirements include a strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing complex applications, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and proficiency in design tools such as Figma. Experience with identity management solutions is a plus. You should have a proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
