Senior Producer, Audio (AAA Action-Adventure)

That's No Moon is an independent studio of storytellers and game-makers building the future of AAA narrative-driven action-adventure games. We are looking for a Senior Audio Producer to partner with the Audio Director and manage the delivery of all audio content—from dialogue and SFX to music and orchestration. You will drive the schedule, manage external vendors, and ensure the team flows efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Create and maintain the schedule for dialogue, audio effects, music, and orchestration through to game integration.
• Vendor Oversight: Oversee external partners, book recording sessions, and manage relationships and budgets for external vendors.
• Cross-Functional Ops: Connect departments to break down silos, ensuring the audio team has the assets and answers they need from design and engineering.
• Production Tracking: Assemble productivity data to create reports that steer production forward, mitigating risks before they become blockers.
• Session Management: Manage field, set, and studio audio recording sessions of varying complexity.

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years as a Producer, with at least 2 years specifically in Audio Production.
• Tech Stack: Experience with modern game audio pipelines including Wwise and Unreal Engine (familiarity with Gridly is a plus).
• Tools: proficiency in Jira and Perforce is required.
• Field Work: Experience managing field recording sessions of all varieties.
• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, adaptive managerial skills, and the ability to mentor associate/mid-level team members.
