Senior Presales Engineer (KSA Tenders Specialist)

BlackStone eIT is seeking an experienced Senior Presales Engineer with strong exposure to KSA government and enterprise tenders. The role focuses on supporting the full bid lifecycle—from RFP analysis to solution design and technical writing. You will play a critical role in securing large-scale digital transformation projects by coordinating with internal architecture, data, and AI teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender Management: Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tenders issued by KSA government and semi-government entities.
• Proposal Writing: Prepare comprehensive technical and functional proposals that align strictly with tender requirements.
• Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions aligned with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with architecture, data, AI, UX, and delivery teams to define optimal solutions for clients.
• Compliance: Ensure all proposals align with KSA regulations, standards, and procurement compliance frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in presales, bid management, or solution consulting.
• Domain Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with KSA government or enterprise tenders is mandatory.
• Procurement Knowledge: Strong understanding of KSA procurement processes, tender structures, and evaluation criteria.
• Industry Background: Experience in digital transformation, IT services, or technology consulting.
• Communication: Excellent proposal writing and documentation skills in English; fluency in Arabic is a strong plus.
