Senior Partner Marketing Manager

About the Role: At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of marketing programs across our entire ecosystem, including Channel Partners, Strategic Alliances, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You will be the primary voice of 1Password to our partner community, driving measurable pipeline and revenue.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end communication roadmap for all partner types, collaborating with internal teams to design and execute partner communications.
• Craft compelling narratives tailored to different partner personas, ensuring the 1Password value proposition resonates across various business models.
• Act as editor-in-chief for partner marketing content on the Partner Portal, ensuring resources are current, high-quality, and easy to navigate.
• Build and execute integrated co-marketing programs, including digital campaigns, webinars, field events, and ABM.
• Define and track KPIs for partner engagement and communication effectiveness to increase partner-sourced opportunities.

What You Bring

• 6+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 4 years specifically dedicated to partner marketing or ecosystem communications.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with the ability to distill complex technical security concepts into clear, actionable content.
• Proven success in building marketing programs for Alliances, Channel Resellers, and MSPs.
• Proficiency with partner portal platforms (PRM), marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
• A proactive, self-starter mentality capable of thriving in a remote-first environment.

Benefits

• Base salary between $117,000 - $170,000 USD (or $133,000 - $193,000 CAD) depending on location.
