Role Mission

We are seeking a highly commercial, quota-driven Senior Partner Manager to own and scale the partnership channel network across the UK/I region. This is a high-velocity, hunter-style commercial role designed for professionals who thrive on driving net-new pipelines rather than simply maintaining existing relationship loops. You will inherit a growing infrastructure of channel partners and build a structured, repeatable playbook targeting SMB and mid-market fintech ecosystems, accounting firms, and consulting alliances—bridging joint value propositions with quantifiable revenue expansion metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Strategy & Execution: Design, launch, and optimize the end-to-end partner channel roadmap for the UK and Ireland regions, tracking pipeline generation and direct quote conversions.
  • New Partner Sourcing: Hunt, identify, and onboard premium external partners across the fintech, commercial accounting, SaaS technology, and management consulting sectors.
  • Joint GTM Deployment: Develop custom joint value propositions, coordinate aligned co-marketing sprints, and deliver high-impact Go-To-Market (GTM) activations with regional partners.
  • Cross-Functional Revenue Mapping: Collaborate directly alongside global Sales, Partner Marketing, and Product engineering squads to ensure incoming channel traffic matches internal capacity definitions.
  • Data-Informed Calibrations: Utilize cohort metrics, system analytics, and partner dashboard insights to continuously streamline partner performance and expand the regional network model.
  • Ecosystem Representation: Represent Pleo at marquee fintech trade shows, corporate partner conferences, and localized accounting group summits to scale your professional alliance book.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of verified professional experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, Corporate Alliances, or Business Development within SaaS, fintech, or high-velocity B2B technology platforms.
  • Proven tracking record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas, pipeline targets, or direct commercial revenue metrics through indirect partner ecosystems.
  • Hunter-at-Heart Instincts: Passion for closing net-new accounts in the SMB / Mid-Market space, thriving within high-activity transaction volumes rather than slow multi-year enterprise accounts.
  • Exceptional relationship building, stakeholder negotiation, and presentation mechanics with absolute comfort articulating complex value models.
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial capacity to author your own operational playbooks from scratch amid highly ambiguous startup conditions.
  • Language Fluency: Native-level command of written and spoken English.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% across the designated region to facilitate face-to-face partner alignments.
