Senior Organic Search Strategist

About the Role: Power Digital is a tech-enabled growth firm igniting revenue and brand recognition. We are seeking a Senior Organic Search Strategist to create and execute custom organic search strategies that align with clients' KPIs using on-page, technical, off-page, and informational SEO Content.

What You'll Do

• Work autonomously to craft custom organic search strategies and roadmaps to help clients hit their goals.
• Explain organic search performance, how it assists other channels in the funnel, and recommended next steps to stakeholders.
• Manage accounts with high workflow volume and proactively find solutions for performance and strategy challenges.
• Identify content gaps, align content efforts with priority business focuses, and propose new content strategies.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, leading training and development within the department.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an SEO-based role.
• Advanced understanding of all aspects of organic search, including on-page, technical, off-page, and SEO Content.
• Advanced knowledge using analytical tools necessary for SEO performance and reporting (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, AHREFs, Screaming Frog).
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to communicate complex topics simply.
• Note: Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required.
