Position Overview

We are seeking a highly sophisticated, data-minded Senior .NET Developer to join our core global Engineering cell in a full-time, 100% remote format. In this highly technical server-side architectural seat, you will claim absolute individual accountability for designing, script-automating, and scaling the secure web services and data wrappers powering our enterprise client networks. Moving completely away from boilerplate code fixes, you will act as a primary technical unblocker, guiding our core client environments through complex infrastructure migrations from on-prem setups into highly automated public cloud ecosystems. This high-agency role demands a seasoned C# engineer who excels at modeling high-throughput database queries, writing clean object-oriented code, and proactively collaborating with business partners to safely integrate advanced machine learning models into production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Performance API Development: Architect, code, and maintain robust RESTful APIs using .NET C# and ASP.NET Core, placing absolute emphasis on runtime performance, system reliability, and software security.
• Relational Database Data Modeling: Build, optimize, and expand clean relational data models natively leveraging Entity Framework Core (EF Core).
• SQL Query Optimization: Formulate, test, and tune complex database scripts and high-concurrency query logic for enterprise SQL Server clusters.
• Azure Cloud Migration Support: Lead development initiatives that leverage cloud services, actively migrating legacy on-prem software configurations into Azure Functions, App Services, and Azure SQL.
• Machine Learning Integration: Partner cross-functionally alongside business stakeholders and data scientists to deploy and expose predictive machine learning models via RESTful cloud endpoints.
• Automated Testing & Hygiene: Maintain absolute code correctness and maintainability, writing automated unit tests using xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest to enforce continuous software validation.
• CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Support continuous integration and software delivery infrastructure setups utilizing GitHub Actions to automate compiler workflows and deployment triggers.
• Performance Defect Triage: Investigate, profile, and resolve production runtime bugs, network bottlenecks, and memory leak anomalies across complex, legacy distributed applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of verified professional software engineering history running advanced full-stack or backend .NET software delivery, database modeling, or cloud-native system design.
• Technical mastery programming object-oriented web backends natively using .NET C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Hands-on operational experience mapping data objects and tuning application schemas via Entity Framework Core.
• Advanced, production-tested literacy writing, profiling, and optimizing complex database queries natively using SQL.
• Strong problem-solving mechanics with a proven history utilizing distributed version control systems, specifically Git.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics, with an absolute capacity to cooperate smoothly inside multi-disciplinary developer groups.
• Location Context: Parameters are open exclusively to qualified software engineers based permanently within Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Spain, or Portugal to execute from home under 100% remote parameters.
