Senior Motion Designer

About the Role: BJAK is Southeast Asia's largest insurance and financial services platform. We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to lead the creative vision, design direction, and animation execution for motion-based projects across marketing and product campaigns. You will craft visually stunning motion graphics that elevate the BJAK brand across digital and social platforms.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital ads.
• Conceptualize and develop storyboards, design frames, and animation sequences aligned with creative briefs.
• Oversee the motion production pipeline from concept to delivery, creating reusable templates and design systems.
• Mentor junior motion designers and partner with videographers, video editors, and graphic designers.
• Experiment with advanced visual effects, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats to push creative boundaries.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools.
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills (English communication is a MUST).
• Bonus: Experience with 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender.
