About the Role:
The Senior Marketing Manager balances brand-building and demand generation execution to ensure Bennie is both well-known and well-understood. This role builds familiarity with Bennie’s product before prospects engage with Sales and ensures customers clearly understand product capabilities and upcoming launches before broker or customer touchpoints.
Reporting to: VP of Marketing, this role executes across the full marketing funnel and serves as a key connector between Product, Sales, and Customer teams, turning product strategy into clear, compelling go-to-market campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
- Narrative & Positioning: Own and execute Bennie’s story and messaging, ensuring “Better Benefits for Everyone” is consistently reflected across web, social, PR, and campaigns.
- Brand & Demand Execution: Execute brand and performance initiatives (social, video, PR, paid search, retargeting, conversion campaigns) in alignment with strategy and budget set by the VP of Marketing.
- Product Marketing & Launches: Lead product marketing campaigns, including feature launches, roadmap communication, and value messaging—partnering closely with Product to translate functionality into customer-ready stories.
- Cross-Functional Enablement: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure consistent messaging, strong launch execution, and proactive customer education.
- Content & SEO: Lead execution of thought leadership and gated assets (reports, guides, templates) that educate the market, support sales conversations, and drive qualified leads.
- Creative Direction: Own visual standards and creative direction across marketing channels, ensuring all design reinforces a modern, premium brand experience.
- Website Optimization: Own day-to-day management and optimization of Bennie’s websites and landing pages to improve demo request conversion.
- Nurture & Automation: Build and manage lead and customer nurture campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring the right content reaches the right audience at the right time.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS, HR tech, or benefits preferred)
- Proven experience in product marketing, including launches, positioning, and customer communication
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally between Product, Sales, and Customer/Success teams
- Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience required (campaigns, workflows, reporting)
- Experience executing both brand and demand programs
- Data-driven mindset with experience in SEO and conversion optimization
