About Wild Alaskan Company: Wild Alaskan Company’s mission is to accelerate humanity’s transition to sustainable food systems by fostering meaningful, interconnected relationships between human beings, wild seafood, and the planet. We deliver premium, wild-caught, and sustainable seafood directly to consumer households across the United States. Powered by our custom-built e-commerce subscription platform and backed by three generations of history and expertise in the Alaskan fishing industry, we constantly strive to meet our promise of a top-notch product and digital-to-doorstep experience. We execute our mission in a fully-remote environment that is fast-paced, challenging, and fun.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic, data-driven Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and performance optimization of Wild Alaskan Company’s member engagement ecosystem. In this critical marketing leadership seat, you will hold direct accountability for driving measurable growth in customer lifetime value (LTV), subscription frequency, and long-term user retention. Leading personalization and audience segmentation frameworks across email, SMS, mobile apps, and in-box print collateral, you will connect member behavior with sustainable sourcing values. This role acts as a primary cross-functional liaison partnering with Tech, Product, Brand, Merchandising, and Finance teams to evolve our CRM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM & Lifecycle Strategy Ownership: Architect and evolve the multi-channel customer loyalty roadmap, defining the subscription lifecycle vision and customer personalization guidelines.
  • Automated Journey Orchestration: Oversee the design, programming, and technical execution of complex, automated lifecycle marketing paths natively inside Iterable.
  • Advanced Experimentation & A/B Testing: Formulate a multi-quarter testing agenda, executing multivariate experiments and translating data insights into scalable customer engagement improvements.
  • Audience Segmentation & Churn Triage: Build advanced user segmentation rules to drive box add-ons, membership tier upgrades, reactive win-backs, and organic referral behavior.
  • Martech Data Infrastructure Alignment: Partner with internal Data and Tech groups to optimize customer data architecture, ensure system integration stability, and audit database integrity.
  • Seafood Inventory Coordination: Collaborate closely with Merchandising and Finance cells to align lifecycle campaign drops with active seafood inventory levels and promotional priorities.
  • Regulatory Quality Assurance: Enforce total operational compliance with international communication regulations, including CAN-SPAM and TCPA guidelines, via strict audience validation testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–8+ years of verified professional history running CRM, customer loyalty, retention analytics, or lifecycle marketing frameworks.
  • Proven background owning marketing roadmaps and tracking user metrics inside a high-volume **DTC e-commerce or subscription service environment**.
  • Expert-level, master-tier technical experience working directly inside the Iterable marketing automation platform.
  • Demonstrated success leading multivariate testing programs, database audience segmentation, and multi-channel journey orchestration.
  • Strong technical data literacy, with a comprehensive understanding of customer data architecture, predictive modeling, and martech integrations.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics, with a proven capacity to influence cross-functional technical and creative stakeholders.
  • Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time operational framework tailored for qualified lifecycle managers permanently residing anywhere within the United States.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience managing digital marketing funnels within the food and beverage, subscription box, or premium consumer packaged goods (CPG) spaces.
  • Familiarity implementing emerging artificial intelligence or machine learning-driven personalization models and product recommendation engines.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation Matrix: A starting annual base salary of $100,000 – $115,000 USD, commensurate with verified technical skills and subscription marketing experience.
  • The exceptional professional runway to take full strategic ownership of the retention engine powering a premier sustainable food systems venture.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, paired with a matching corporate 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), dedicated sick/safe time, vacation days, and supportive parental leave allowances.
  • The Ultimate Perking Advantage: A delicious, free box of premium, wild-caught sustainable seafood delivered to your door every single month.
