Position Overview

Our Knowledge Management team is looking for an experienced Knowledge Advisor to join our growing unit. Supporting 1,600+ consultants worldwide, our mission is to integrate seamless knowledge-sharing frameworks natively into the daily flow of consulting operations. Reporting to the Head of Knowledge Management, you will own existing KM assets, manage sub-projects like taxonomy governance, and deploy modern AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• KM Transformation Programme: Lead key sub-projects spanning corporate taxonomy development, lifecycle maintenance, and the design of custom Microsoft Copilot AI agents.
• Operations & Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional consulting squads to document best practices, execute central strategy blueprints, and minimize information risks.
• Capability Building: Shape global and localized internal knowledge networks, championing organizational cultural shifts to increase product take-up rates.
• Analytics & Asset Maintenance: Track product health using data utilities, maintaining strict reporting transparency layers for internal leadership blocks.
• Community Engagement: Drive alignment and provide functional enablement across our global network of Knowledge & Information Management (KIM) champions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of dedicated professional experience managing Knowledge Management (KM) operations inside enterprise or consulting layouts.
• Proven ability to streamline corporate documentation workflows and analyze performance data matrices.
• Strong quantitative skills with required proficiency in Advanced Excel (Familiarity with PowerBI dashboards is highly desirable).
• Familiarity with cloud collaboration systems, specifically MS SharePoint Online (site governance, page creation, customized lists) and MS Teams environments.
• High passion for emerging technologies, corporate automation systems, and generative AI deployment strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal mechanics with the capability to manage stakeholder communication inside fast-changing structures.
• Nice to Have: Active professional certifications, charterships, or formal qualifications in Knowledge Management or allied disciplines.
