Senior Java Engineer

About the Role: We are B2Spin, dedicated to delivering the best Free-to-Play Social Casino and gaming experiences. We are actively building an AI-driven engineering organization and are looking for a Senior Java Engineer to design and deliver clean, scalable, and testable backend systems.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver clean, scalable, and testable Java-based backend systems with minimal supervision.
• Take ownership of specific services or functional areas within our large-scale architecture.
• Leverage AI tools and assistants (Copilot, Claude) as integral parts of your development workflow.
• Contribute to maintaining high test coverage, predictable production behavior, and seamless scalability.
• Work extensively with modern technologies including Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Netty, K8s, and GCP.

What You Bring

• Extensive production experience with Java and its ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and messaging concepts (preferably Kafka).
• Strong system design, troubleshooting, and debugging capabilities.
• Proactive experience in using AI coding assistants as productivity multipliers.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
